  • What time is the concierge open?
    The concierge is 24/7, and is manned by concierge in the daytime 07:00-19:00 and a security officer 19:00-07:00.
  • How do I contact the concierge?

  • Are BBQs allowed at NAW?
    Yes, but only gas BBQ’s. Please consider you neighbours privacy when using BBQs.
  • What time is the gym open?
    Due to covid restrictions – Check with concierge
  • What are the permitted hours for contractors working in flats?
    Weekdays 08:00-18:00. Saturdays 09:00-13:00. Sundays and bank holidays no works permitted. For emergencies contact the concierge.
  • Are the sauna and steam room on all the time during gym open hours?
    If you wish to use the sauna or steam room, please contact the concierge and allow 20 minutes for it to warm up.
  • How do I get replacement fobs?
    Door entry fobs can be purchased from the concierge for £10 and vehicle gate fobs for £50. Owners may be asked for ID. Tenants must have the permission of the owner via email to the concierge.
  • Can I use Airbnb/Tripadvisor/Booking.com etc.
    Only owners can rent out rooms in this manner. Tenants are not permitted to use these services.
  • What are the rules for letting out flats?
    Subletting is not permitted at NAW. Flats must be let out for a minimum period of 6 months, the flat must be let as a whole and not on a room by room basis. Notification must be sent to the estate manager with the signed Assured Short Term Tenancy Agreement.
  • What do I do with rubbish and waste?
    Bin rooms are located at the entrance and exit gates for recycling and general waste. Rubbish bags must not be left in communal areas and big items for disposal should not be left in the bin rooms. It is the responsibility of residents to dispose off big items e.g. tables, chairs, bikes, wardrobes. Please close the doors when you come out of the bin rooms.
  • Will the concierge hold my keys and release them on my instruction?
    Yes. Keys will be released to those added to the key waiver by the owner, or on email instruction from the owner. The key waiver form is available at the concierge.
  • Where are my utility metres?
    For most flats the gas metre can be found in the riser cupboard in the corridor outside the flat, please ask the concierge for key or access. Electricity metres are located in the car park in various switch rooms. Please ask concierge for help with location. Alternatively email the concierge for a reading of either gas or electricity. Water metres can be found outside each flat for purposes of isolation, however the water bills are calculated from the communal water metre as per the lease and fees included in the service charge.
  • Can I have pets?
    Small Pets are allowed on request at the discretion of the management company. The management company reserve the right to withdraw permission if pets cause a nuisance to other residents.
  • Where can I store my bike?
    There are two locked bike stores in the car park. Please ask the concierge for help finding a space.
  • Are there any rules regarding parties/gatherings in the flat?
    You can have parties/ gathering in your flat but please note that the quiet times are 23:00-08:00. Further, noise outside these hours should not affect any neighbours or residents.
  • Will the concierge take parcels for me?
    Yes, the concierge will take small parcels from the postman or deliveries, the maximum size we can hold is approximately the size of the average microwave. For larger deliveries such as white goods, residents must arrange for them to be taken up to the flat.
  • Is there any visitor parking?
    Yes, there are around 15 visitor parking bays for visitors. Bays are for visitors and contractors only, and are accessed on a first come first served basis. Maximum stay 2-3 days. Contact concierge for more information.
